Declaration Regulations
I. Students must complete the process of appointing an advising professor and declaring the thesis topic before applying for the degree examination.
II. Advising professors shall comply with the eligibility criteria stated in Article 6 or 7 of the National Chengchi University Guidelines for Graduate Degree Examinations.
Declaration Procedure
I. Students who are registered for the current semester and meet the department’s requirements.
II. Log in【iNCCU/Campus web info. portal/Students/Academics_Graduate Student Degree Thesis Title Declaration】: Fill out the required information and print the declaration form. After obtaining the signature from the advising professor, submit it to the department for confirmation.
Change Procedure
I. Changing Advisors
Fill out the “Application Form for Changing Master's and Doctoral Advisors and Thesis Titles”, obtain the signatures from both the advisor and the department, and then submit the form to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs.
II. Changing Thesis Titles
Before the degree examination results are submitted and recorded by the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs, if there is a need to change the thesis titles, please fill out the “Application Form for Changing Master's and Doctoral Advisors and Thesis Titles”, obtain the signature of the thesis advisor, and submit it to the department for processing.
