Moodle Platform Upgrade (Including Legacy System Downtime) and Course Application Guide for the fall semester of Academic Year 2025

1. New Moodle45 Server Launch

·        Launch Date: July 1, 2025

·       Login Method: Access via iNCCU Moodle45


2. Course Application Process

Starting from the fall semester of Academic Year 2025, instructors must submit a course application in order to use the Moodle platform. Please ensure that the application process is completed before using the system.

·        Application Period: Starting July 15, 2025

·        Eligible Applicants: Teachers intending to use the Moodle platform

·        Application Method: Complete the application through the Teacher Information Integration System

·        Application Instructions: Refer to the following guides:

3.    Cancellation of combined courses


3. Server Data Transfer and Platform Maintenance

·        Maintenance Period: July 24–31, 2025

·        Impact: The Moodle45 server will be shut down for data migration of courses from the Spring Semester Academic Year 2024. During this period, the platform will be unavailable.


4. Decommissioning of the Original Moodle Server Effective July 24, 2025

·        Backup Reminder: Teachers and students are advised to back up any necessary course materials before July 23, 2025, as the old server will no longer be accessible after deactivation.
