Application Notes
Please refer to Article 10 of the National Chengchi University Regulations and the remarks provided in the Application Form for Deferment of Admission.
Application Period
From August 1 of the academic until the enrollment deadline.
Application Procedure
Complete the “Application Form for Deferment of Admission” and provide relevant supporting documents. After obtaining approval from the department, submit the application to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs.
※ For Proxy Handling of Deferment of Admission: The proxy must bring the “Power of Attorney for Certificates”, the application form, and the proxy's original ID.
Approval and Re-enrollment after the Retention Period
I. New students whose request for deferred enrollment is approved, according to the University Regulations, will not be required to pay any university fees.
II. Upon expiration of the deferment period, re-enrollment must be processed in accordance with Article 13 of the University Regulations; failure to comply will result in the cancellation of student.
