Graduation and Departure Procedures

I.    Upload the electronic file of the degree thesis or dissertation to the university library.

II.  Within one month after the end of the semester in which the degree examination is passed, the student must personally bring the student ID and  ARC along with the “Electronic Thesis Academic Quality Consent Form” and the “Graduation Procedure Form” to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs to collect the Diplomas.

※ Graduation Procedure Form:

Log in to【iNCCU/Campus web info. portal/Students/Academics_Graduation Procedure Checklist】: Fill out the required information and print the form.

※ For proxy collection: The proxy must bring the “Power of Attorney for Certificates”, the “Graduation Procedure Form”, the student's student ID, a copy of the student's ARC, and the proxy's original ID.

III.     Refund Policy

Refunds for tuition and other related payments will be processed according to the university's academic calendar, based on the enrollment deadline, one-third of the semester, and two-thirds of the semester. The refund will be credited to the account registered by the student with the Cashier  Section  of the General Affairs Office(Leave (Withdrawal) Refund Standards)..
